The workshop and coffee breaks will take place in the Library of PHC building (Pavillon Henri Chrétien). To reach the PHC building from the Observatory entrance, keep left at the first fork of the road, go past the restaurant, then PHC is the next building that you will find.

Lunch will be served at the restaurant of the Observatory.

Note: the Observatory site is situated on a large portion of a hill (Mt. Gros), so from the entrance to any building and from one building to another you will be always walking up-hill for some time (travel times are usually in the range 10-15 minutes, depending on your climbing skills), so plan your pace accordingly!
